In a strategic move aimed at bolstering growth and diversifying revenue streams, Essentially Group PLC has initiated third-party tolling services for High-Pressure Processing (HPP) at their Al Quoz facility. HPP, a revolutionary non-thermal food preservation method, effectively eliminates microorganisms that can cause foodborne illnesses or lead to food spoilage. The process involves subjecting food products to intense pressure for a specified duration, with minimal impact on taste, texture, appearance, or nutritional content.
Essentially Group PLC has always chosen HPP over thermal pasteurization, ensuring that juices remain raw and safe for consumption, while retaining the natural goodness, aroma, color, and taste of freshly pressed juices.

What was initially a production cost has now transformed into a valuable revenue stream for Essentially, marking a significant step towards diversification. The company has swiftly put this initiative into action by commencing tolling services for two new clients, with an additional two in the onboarding process.
